1. Introduction & Key Definitions

Before diving into the specifics, it’s crucial to understand the fundamental terms used throughout these rules:

  • Client (Bettor): Any person of legal age who registers and wagers with the Betting Company.
  • Bet: A stake placed by the Client on an event outcome at the odds offered by the Company.
  • Line: The set of events and available markets (odds) for betting.
  • Odds: The numerical price quoted for each outcome; used to calculate returns.
  • Wager (Stake): The amount of money placed on a bet.
  • Outcome: The actual result of the event on which the Client has bet.

By placing a bet, the Client confirms they’ve read, understood, and agreed to these rules. The Company may amend rules at any time; changes apply only to bets placed afterward.

2. General Terms

To ensure fair and secure betting for everyone, the following broad policies apply:

  • Age & Legality: Only Clients of legal gambling age may bet, and they must comply with local laws.
  • Account Security: Clients are responsible for safeguarding their login details. Report any breach immediately.
  • Confidentiality: The Company protects your personal data; it’s not liable for third-party disclosures outside its control.
  • Website Accuracy: All event data (schedules, scores) are informational; Clients should verify via official sources.
  • Liability: The Company isn’t liable for losses from website errors, transmission delays, or technical failures.

3. Types of Bets

Different bet formats allow for varied risk and reward—here’s what you need to know:

  1. Single (“Ordinary”): A bet on one event outcome. Payout = stake × odds if correct.
  2. Combo (Accumulator): A single stake on multiple independent selections. Win only if all selections win; payout = stake × product of all odds.
    • Min. selections: 2
    • Max. combined odds: 10 000
    • Ineligible combos: Contradictory outcomes (e.g. Team A to win and both teams to score) or multiple bets on same player in same tournament. Such bets void (refund) if not pre-blocked.
  3. Cashout: Allows the Client to settle an open bet before final outcome, receiving a calculated offer. Available pre-match and in-play only where offered; may be withdrawn if market suspended or technical error.

4. Main Outcome Markets

These are the most common markets you’ll encounter across sports:

  • Match Result (1X2):
    • “1” = Home/Team 1 win
    • “X” = Draw
    • “2” = Away/Team 2 win
  • Double Chance:
    • “1X” = Home win or draw
    • “12” = Home or away win
    • “X2” = Draw or away win
  • Handicap (H): Adding a positive/negative goal/point/round adjustment to the chosen team’s final score.
    • If result is a draw post-handicap → stake refunded (combos use odds = 1).
  • Total (Over/Under, T): Wager on total number of goals/points/kills being over (“O”) or under (“U”) a line.
  • Individual Total (iT): Over/under for one team/player in an event.
  • Participant/Staged Results: Predict how far a team/player advances (e.g. quarter-finals). If they don’t start → odds = 1.
  • Who Will Go On: In a head-to-head pair, who advances further. Tie or non-appearance → odds = 1.
  • Winner (Outright): Predict tournament winner. Withdrawal before start → odds = 1.

5. Specialized Bet Types

To capture more nuanced aspects of events, consider these markets:

  • First Blood / First Kill: Which team/player scores first.
  • First Roshan / First Tower: Game-specific first-kill/objective markets.
  • Round/Map Duration: Over/under on length in whole minutes.
  • Asian Handicap / Asian Total: Quarter-point lines split into two half-bets to reduce push risk.
  • Double (Quarter-Point) Bets:
    • Split into two equal halves on adjacent quarter-point lines (e.g. 2.25 = 2.0 & 2.5).
    • Payout combines half-wins, refunds, or loses accordingly.
  • “Combo +” Multiplier:
    • Boost on multi-bet payout based on number of selections; void if cash-out used.

6. Accepting & Rejecting Bets

The Company’s policy on when and why bets stand or fail:

  • Acceptance: Before scheduled start. In-play accepted until event end.
  • Rejection & Voiding:
    • Bets after start → invalid (odds = 1 or refund).
    • Obvious errors/typos in odds or line → void at Company’s discretion.
    • Max. stake limits per event/day.
    • Technical failures suspected of fraud → bets voided, may be investigated.

7. Settlement Principles

When and how bets are paid out or voided:

  1. Sources: Official match organizers, recognized statistics providers, or internal data.
  2. Finality: Results after official protocols; subsequent protests/disqualifications ignored unless explicitly stated.
  3. Postponements:
    • Delay > 36–48 h → all market bets odds = 1 (unless sport-specific rules differ).
    • Interrupted matches < 12–48 h → settled on current score; undecided markets = 1.
  4. Tech Defeats / Defaults:
    • Occur pre- or mid-event for no-shows, disqualifications, equipment failures.
    • If awarded after completion → use played result; if before start → void (odds = 1) unless sport rules specify otherwise.
  5. Drawn Lines (Integers):
    • If total or handicap is integer and result exactly equals line → refund (odds = 1).
  6. Customer Error: Wrong selection → Company may void/refund.

8. Technical & Operational Rules

Key operational safeguards and protocols:

  • System Maintenance: Scheduled windows announced; emergency maintenance may occur without notice.
  • Transmission Failures: Bets during broadcast/data outages may be void/refunded (odds = 1).
  • Odds Suspension: Company may suspend odds if data feed fails or fraud suspected.
  • No Partial Cancellations: Once confirmed, bets cannot be altered or canceled by Client—even on communication failure.

9. Financial & Bonus Terms

Understanding your money and promotional offers:

  • Maximum Payout: Limited per bet; “Combo” capped at odds = 10 000. Excess → rounded to 10 000.
  • Deposits & Withdrawals:
    • Methods: cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, crypto.
    • Withdrawal requests processed within 24 h after verification.
  • Bonuses & Free Bets:
    • Subject to wagering requirements (e.g. 5× bonus at min. odds 1.80).
    • Cashout often disabled until requirements met.
    • Free bets do not count toward combo sequences.

10. Cashout Feature

How to lock in profit or limit loss before event end:

  • Availability: Select markets only, both pre-match and in-play.
  • Full Cashout Only: Partial not supported.
  • Offer Dynamics: Varies with live odds; may be withdrawn anytime if market suspended or odds shift.
  • Impact: Once cashed out, original bet live outcome irrelevant.

11. Integrity & Fraud Prevention

Our commitment to clean, fair betting:

  • Bet Monitoring: Company and partners analyze betting patterns for match-fixing, arbitrage, multi-accounting.
  • Account Suspension: Suspected fraud → account frozen pending 14-day review.
  • Investigation Outcomes:
    • Confirmed fraud → bets voided/refunded; account closed; law enforcement may be notified.
    • Disputed bets held until resolution (max 365 days), then void if unresolved.
  • Client Queries: May be asked to explain unusual bets; refusal or unsatisfactory reply may void bets.

12. eSports Rules (General)

Fundamentals common to all eSports markets:

  • Formats: Best-of-N (“Bo1, Bo3, Bo5”) decided by majority of maps.
  • Settlement Point: Determined by in-game end (e.g. throne destruction in Dota 2 / nexus in LoL).
  • Surrenders & Defaults:
    • Surrender counts as normal loss.
    • Technical defeats (disconnect, no-show, disqualification) before start → void; after start → settle on score or void per event.
  • Overtime: Markets that include OT must state “incl overtime”; all others exclude OT.
  • Map Roster Changes: > 50 % lineup change post-listing → bets void.

Note: Each eSport may have additional specific rules (e.g. kill counts, tower destructions, Roshan kills in Dota 2; pistol rounds and bomb plants in CS; hero deaths in LoL). Clients should consult the eSports section for particulars.

13. Sport-Specific Highlights

Below are only the most common global sports—each has its own nuances:

  1. Football (Soccer): Common markets include match result, handicaps, totals, “both teams to score,” correct score, first goal time, bookings/corners, goal-scorer. Cup ties use “to qualify” markets (aggregate over legs). Player markets void if listed player doesn’t appear.
  2. Basketball: Includes match/quarter winners, totals, handicaps, team/player points, rebounds, assists, “duel” markets, performance index. Overtime included unless market states “regulation only”.
  3. Tennis: Markets: match/set winner, set scores, handicaps (match & set), totals (games, aces, double faults), live points, break points, tiebreak occurrence. Walkovers/retirements void most markets except match winner if minimum criteria met.
  4. Cricket: Formats: Test, ODI, T20—markets include match winner, toss winner, totals (runs, wickets), player props (runs, wickets, fours, sixes), head-to-head, series winners. Weather-affected matches void or stand per competition rules (e.g. Duckworth–Lewis). First Innings-only markets common; super overs usually excluded.
  5. American Football (NFL): Markets: moneyline, spread, totals, quarter/half winners, player props. Overtime excluded unless specified. Minimum 55 min played for full settlement.
  6. Baseball (MLB): Moneyline, run line (handicap), totals, inning-specific markets, player props (hits, RBIs). Five innings must be completed (4.5 if home leading) for moneyline. Others void if interrupted.

  8. Rugby, Volleyball, Handball, Table Tennis, Snooker, Golf, Racing (Motorsport, Horse, Greyhound), MMA/Boxing, Cycling, Darts, etc.: All follow general rules: winner, handicaps, totals, correct score, event-specific props. Always check the specific sport stanza for event-format, time-limits, default-loss, and void criteria.
