15. Termination & Account Closure

  • By the Company: We may suspend or close your account immediately for breach of terms, suspected fraud, or if we decide your account is undesirable. Any cleared funds will be returned using your original deposit method or, at our discretion, an alternative.
  • Business wind-down: If MenaceKing exits a jurisdiction, we will notify affected players and terminate agreements, refunding net balances promptly.

16. Severability
